Dealer Support

We are happy to help our dealers in any way we can. We spend considerable time on the phone sharing the latest product information and  upcoming developments (when we can), customer experiences and sales, marketing and rental strategies.

We are happy to support our dealers with pre-sales activities where possible, including on-water demos and trade shows, for example, the 2023 Sydney International Boat Show, where we exhibited with SCUBAJET and provided visitors to the stand information about all our dealers across Australia).

And we recognise that there is a learning curve once our dealers' customers receive their products, both for the customer and the dealer, so we are happy to help the dealer resolve any issues for their customer. Note that we don't generally deal directly with customers, but will happily give dealers the support they need to do so confidently.

Our dealers all get access to our private Dealer Information page, which includes:

- the latest dealer pricing and great dealer discounts

- a product import file for your website

- product main images for your website

- comprehensive information for each product, including (where available) product flyers/posters, product overviews, detailed information and specs, logos, manuals, quick start guides, product photos (brochure, stills and action), videos, support manuals and videos, and even links to reviews
